FRICC DEL MARGHE' (SHEPHERD'S FRY)
This is a typical dish in the mountain pastures.
Ingredients, (for 4 people):
100 g. butter, 300 g. Biella Toma, 4 eggs, wild thyme, garlic.
Preparation: Fry the butter with a clove of garlic to taste and then remove it. When the butter is foaming melt in the cheese and finally add the eggs . Scramble all the mixture together for a few minutes and serve piping hot with polenta.
