raw fresh spinach for salad 200 grams - Toma Brusca "CASTELROSSO" cheese 100 grams - Nuts 30 grams - Almonds 30 grams – oil and vinegar- salt. Preparation:
Dress the fresh spinach salad leaves with vinaigrette of extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt, and place on a serving dish. Scatter over the leaves flakes of Toma Brusca "Castelrosso", sliced almonds and roughly chopped toasted nuts.
